Registration and Refund Policy

Registration

We will first accept registrations for students currently enrolled in our school, alumni families
and families accepted for the 2026/2027 school year.

*Alumni families are those who attended our preschool in the past, attending our summer
camps only does not classify you as alumni*

We will open registration to the General Public on Monday April 6, 2026. You can request a
registration form by emailing Stephanie at Ms.Stephanie.Dykes@gmail.com. Please include
your child’s name and birthdate so we can be sure to send the appropriate instructions and
information.

Full payment must be included with all registrations to be considered and we will enroll children
in the order the registrations are received.

You can drop off or mail your form and check to Wallingford Cooperative Nursery School

Attention: Stephanie Dykes 110 East Brookhaven Road Wallingford, PA 19086

Cash will be accepted with forms that are dropped off. All mailed forms must have a check
made out to Wallingford Cooperative Nursery School or WCNS. Please indicate Summer Camp
in the memo.

Refund

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 30+ days before the start date of the camp
week being cancelled minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 29 and 16 days prior to the start
of each camp week being cancelled minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made between 15 and zero (0) days of each camp
week being cancelled.

If you would like to change your weeks registered rather than cancel we will accommodate if
we are able.

All requests for changes to weeks registered and/or refunds must be made by email only to
Stephanie at ms.Stephanie.Dykes@gmail.com
