Summer Camp 2024

Toddler Camp General Information

This group is for WCNS enrolled students only. This group is not open to the public.
Ages 18 months through two (2) years of age. Children do not have to be potty trained.
9:15-11:45
$160.00 for five-day enrollment or $120.00 for three-day enrollment (Tues-Thurs)
Each week will be centered on a theme, daily activities including craft, story, snack and plenty of play.
Children will be outside for the first and last half hour (approximate) weather permitting and inside during the central part of their morning.
Teachers will lead all camp activities and will be assisted by aides as determined by enrollment.

Ages three (3) through exiting Kindergarteners; must be fully potty trained.

Each week will be centered on a theme, daily activities including craft, story, snack, and plenty of play.
Children will spend a portion of their day outside and the remaining time inside. We will be inside on inclement weather days.
Children will be divided by age into groups however there may be intermingling during play OR if enrollment require multi-aged groupings.

Students will be accepted in the following order:

Students currently enrolled in our school and nursery school alumni families
*Alumni of the summer camp only are not included in this group.
Students accepted for the 2024/2025 school year.
General public. Registration will open on Monday April 1, 2024.

Please include your child’s name and birthdate.
Full payment must be included with all registrations to be considered.
New students will be enrolled in the order the registrations are received.

Cash will be accepted with forms that are dropped off. All mailed forms must have a check made out to Wallingford Cooperative Nursery School or WCNS. Please indicate Summer Camp in the memo.

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 30+ days before the start date of each camp week being cancelled minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 29 and 10 days prior to the start of each camp week being cancelled minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made between nine (9) and zero (0) days of each camp week being cancelled.
If you would like to change your weeks registered rather than cancel, we will accommodate only if space is available. Change requests are NOT guaranteed.
